These terms cover your use of prismandpoise.com, run by Prism & Poise LLC, a Washington single-member limited liability company. By using the site, you’re agreeing to what’s below. I’ve kept it fair and readable.

Using the site
You’re welcome here. In return, please use the site lawfully — don’t try to break it, misuse the forms, scrape it wholesale, or use it to harm anyone. That’s about it.

What belongs to whom
The words, design, brand marks, and images on this site are the work of Prism & Poise LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark. You’re welcome to read and share links; please don’t copy the content or the brand as your own. Client work shown here remains the property of the clients it was made for, shared with their blessing.

Services and pricing
The pages describing services (VIP Days, Half-Days, automation, coaching) are an introduction, not a binding offer or contract. Any actual engagement is set out in a separate written agreement or proposal we both approve, and that agreement governs the work. Prices shown on the site are current at the time of writing and can change; the price we agree in writing is the one that holds.

Digital products
Digital goods (such as planners and templates) are sold through my Etsy shop and are delivered and governed there, under Etsy’s terms plus the refund policy on this site. The website links you to Etsy; it doesn’t process payments itself.

Links out
Some pages link to other sites (Etsy, Substack, and others). I share those because they’re useful, but I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content or their policies.

The honest disclaimers
The site is offered “as is.” I work hard to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Coaching and any guidance shared here is for support and education — it isn’t therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it isn’t a guarantee of any particular result.

Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Prism & Poise LLC isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can’t be limited under Washington law.

Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute belongs in the courts located in Cowlitz County, Washington. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still stands. I may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives here.
