If something’s wrong, I’ll make it right.
How refunds and cancellations work — for digital products and for studio services.

The spirit of it
I want you to feel good about what you buy and what we build. This policy explains how refunds work for the two kinds of things Prism & Poise offers — digital products and studio services — and the short version is: if something’s genuinely wrong, tell me, and I’ll make it right.
02
Digital products
Digital goods (planners, templates, and the like) are sold through my Etsy shop and delivered as instant downloads. Because you receive the file right away, these sales are generally final — but if a file won’t open, arrives damaged, or isn’t what was described, email me and I’ll replace it or refund it. Purchases made on Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s own policies and buyer protection.
03
Studio services
For VIP Days, Half-Days, and automation work, the details are set in the written agreement or proposal we approve together, and here’s the general shape:
- A deposit holds your date and covers the planning that begins before we meet; it’s applied to your total.
- Need to move a booked day? Reach out as early as you can and we’ll reschedule — life happens.
- Because the work is custom and time is reserved just for you, fees for work already done, or for a day canceled at the last minute, generally aren’t refundable. If something on my end falls short, we’ll put it right.
04
Coaching
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Prepaid sessions or packages that haven’t been used can be discussed — if it isn’t the right fit, I’d rather find a fair resolution than hold you to something that isn’t serving you.
